Who cut the cheese?

There is something about wine and cheese that just sounds right. Kinda like bacon and eggs, Laurel and Hardy, and Bogie and Bacall. Here's lookin' at you kid! So what would a world class wine bar be without a bodacious selection of world class cheeses?

So, say cheese! At the Iron Bridge Wine Company, we've got it all. Sharp cheeses (ouch!) and soft cheeses, funky cheeses, tart cheeses, smelly cheeses, and cheeses that will make you stand up and say, "whoa!". Cheese from around the world, and up the street, from goats and cows, and all manner of animals. There's a great big world of cheese out there. Somebody's got to cut it!
